Carlos Javier Lorenzo Serrano holds an LL.M. in Legal Practice and an LL.M. in Business Law. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law, focused on reproductive rights in the United States and Europe. He is a certified mediator in civil, commercial, family, and criminal matters, as well as an attorney with experience in corporate law and human rights in both Spain and the United States.
Having lived in Arkansas and Oregon, he has a deep understanding of American culture, enabling him to provide tailored legal support to U.S. clients. As the founder of American&Legal Spain, he combines his expertise in the legal systems of both countries with an international perspective, making cross-border legal matters clear and accessible.
Carlos is passionate about practicing law, a vocation that was born from his participation in debate clubs and his commitment to making a social impact through the legal profession.
