Carlos Javier Lorenzo Serrano holds an LL.M. in Legal Practice and an LL.M. in Business Law. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law, with his thesis focused on reproductive rights in the USA and Europe. Alongside his academic commitments, he is expanding his expertise with studies in Mediation. He has experience as a Litigation Legal Associate in the U.S. and has worked in Spain as a Legal Advisor, providing counsel on corporate law and human rights matters. Actively involved in mock trials and debate associations, he is fluent in both Spanish and English, and his international background allows him to address legal challenges from a global perspective.
Having lived in Arkansas and Oregon, Carlos has firsthand experience with American culture and values, and he remains passionate about learning more.
